Staff - Courtney Miller
Courtney is the owner of Holistic Health and a mom of 5 year old triplets Holly, Luke & Victoria and a 6 year old son Jake. She has a wonderful, hard working husband named Luke who is also seeking his yoga teacher certification. Both Luke and Courtney teach partner yoga and meditation classes year round. She was inspired to get into the holistic field when the stress of raising 4 little ones began to effect not only her life but her family’s lives as well. She began practicing as a Reflexologist 4 years ago and incorporated the teachings of Aromatherapy and Reiki into her practice. She uses her energy work on her children and has found that they love the way it makes them feel.
One day she introduced Yoga to her children. They embraced it with open arms and big smiles. She stood in amazement while her toddlers practiced child friendly yoga poses for 45 minutes. It was then that she decided to become a certified yoga teacher and was inspired to open a wellness center that would encourage families to embrace holistic lifestyles. She strives to create awareness and knowledge of a better way to live healthier lives. Our children are our future and healthy lifestyles start at home. What better way to teach our children how to eat healthy, exercise, deep breath and relax.
The center is equipped with a childcare area for those parents who would normally not be able to get out of the house to get a breath of fresh air. This center allows anyone to get out of the house and get away from the day to day stress of “life”.
She feels this type of center will change lives. We need to take better care of ourselves but sometimes, we just don’t know how. Our trained staff will help you find the answers to your many questions in a calm, peaceful environment.
