Dan is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise. He’s been professionally helping people set and meet their fitness goals for eight years. He believes, as do the rest of us, that health is about a holistic integration of the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. He teaches his clients the “secrets” to intelligent exercise and nutrition that gets you results with out spending hours and hours in a gym. In fact Dan will be training here, teaching our clients techniques and principles that will transform their workouts, their physiques and their lives—right here! What happens in that free session?
In that first session Dan will give you a lot of great information you can use on your own to drastically improve your fitness. He’ll help you experience what it feels like when you properly stimulate your muscles for toning and shaping.
