Staff - David Sindicic
David Sindicic is the owner of DMS First Aid and Safety Training. Mr. Sindicic is an alumni of DeMatha High School in Hyattsville, Maryland and a proud graduate of the University of Maryland - College Park.
Mr. Sindicic worked for over 14 years as a Detention Officer and Training Coordinator for a Maryland county detention center. In his career as a Detention Officer, Mr. Sindicic was a Special Operations Response Team (S.O.R.T.) member, a Field Trainer, and a certified First Aid and CPR Instructor.
In 1999, Mr. Sindicic became a Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission (MPCTC) certified trainer. For the next seven-and-a-half years he held various titles including: Director of Academy Training, Director of Pre-Service Training, Special Operations Response Team instructor, Firearms instructor and lead First Aid and CPR/AED instructor. In 2005, Mr. Sindicic was recognized as his county\\\'s Department of Detention Facilities Instructor of the Year.
Mr. Sindicic has been a certified first Aid and CPR instructor since 1994. He has held certifications through the American Red Cross, The American Heart Association, and The American Safety and Health Institute.
