I have been a Carroll County native over 30 years. I am a single mom of my 3 kids Katie(14) and Mitch and Paige my (10) year old twins. I was a Special Education teacher for 14 years in Carroll County. As a teen I was always giving massages to my friends and family members on an informal basis, and it wasn't until 3 years ago that I knew that's what I wanted to with my life.I felt a calling to go to massage school and therefore graduated from Baltimore School of Massage in 2004. I went from a helping profession to a healing profession. Massage is one way to heal ones body and mind , and by doing that brings with it the satisfaction of knowing that my touch has made a difference in another persons physical and mental well being. I'm noted for my Deep tissue techniques and strain/counter therapy , but I'm also trained in Fibromyalgia, Pregnancy, Hotstones and Swedish massages. My goal is not only to touch and heal adults, it is also to touch the lives of our children. My dream is to be able to dedicate my time and services to make a difference in a disabled child's life, to make them feel special and loved and to relieve their bodies from the aches and pains that come with their handicaps. My daughter Katie has Asperger's Syndrome a form of Austism. She has just recently allowed me to massage her on a regular basis and feel my healing touch. While my twins on the other hand would love to have a massage at any opportunity! Let me touch your child in a healing way too. Young or old the healing touch of massage touches all!
