If we observe our body/mind without judgment, it is an infinite source of wisdom. However, many of us are "out of shape" when it comes to aiming and sustaining our attention and could use a little practice to increase our body/mind awareness.
Using a combination of moving, sitting and guided meditations, this class will offer instruction and practice in the art of mindful attending. When we cultivate mindfulness, we are able to shift our experience from “being in” our patterns to “observing” them and from there, genuine options for change become available.
