Classes - Tai Chi

Tai Chi class description: Each class will begin with the learning (over the 10 weeks) of a full body stretching routine. This will be followed by a few easy to learn qigong exercises. The basics of Taoist meditation will be introduced. We will learn the first section of the 6 section Yang Long Form, the most popular form in the world today.

Please call for our next session dates.

It will not necessarily take a full 10 weeks for each section, but the first section, being all new, will take that long. There is alot of repetition throughout the form, hence less new movements to learn each successive section.
