Dancing is an awesome way to get fit!! Fuse together belly dance moves with some yoga, salsa, hip-hop and shake it loose with an eclectic blend of music. You’ll forget you are exercising it’s so much fun.
This class begins with yoga stretches and ends with cool down stretches and a relaxing segment.
Bring a hip scarf for dancing (something with fringes or jingles, if you don’t have one, call us, we’ll get you one) & a yoga mat if you have one. We have them if you don’t.
