Summer Dance Camp at Holistic Health

For Girls and Boys Ages 4-9

Children will be introduced to the basic forms of dance while being creative, having fun and meeting new friends! Each day has an exciting theme, including “Enchanted Garden”, “Pool Party”, “Day at the Zoo”, “Around the World” and “Pajama Party”. Students begin the day with a dance/movement class to work on coordination, rhythm, strength and flexibility. After class, they will work on a costume or prop craft project, which is related to the day’s theme. Students will then learn a special themed dance, incorporating the costume or prop they’ve created. An organic snack will be provided and students will perform their dance for the parents at the end of the week at pick-up time.

Cost: $150.00 per week, per child

KinderMusik Yoga and Camp

Yoga, Snack, Crafts & Music = Fun

40 minutes of Yoga ~ Campers learn about balance, strength and flexibility in a fun, caring, child-centered atmosphere

Healthy, Organic Snack

Arts and Crafts time ~ Campers use various media to develop and express their understanding of the weekly theme

40 minutes of Kindermusik ~ Campers participate in song and movement activities, practicing rhythm, pitch and listening skills.
